Centrelink manned phones are inadequate in the service that they provide.This was never allowed to happen 20 yrs ago when called Social Security.
I have called over 200 times each time to talk to somebody and still no resolution. Very, very, very disappointed.
Govt needs to employ fully trained staff that provide accurate advice and act immediately to ensure claimants are paid at their earliest convenience.
My Mother is still waiting after 5 months to hear from them and to get paid for Families for her greatgranddaughter.
