In future, roles where absolutely limited interaction of stakeholders is anticipated (regulatory evaluation, back office IT supports etc.), staffs should be allowed to work from oversees, remote Australian locations.
Staffs should not only be encouraged to move at level within different sections/branches; such movements should be mandatory (i.e., at least 18 months within first 5 years) and Department should take active part in initiating and managing such movements. This will provide diverse opportunities to enhance skill set which otherwise will be difficult to improve.
