I would like to see a more streamlined and simplified recruitment process instead of the current process that is in place. For example if you are successful in a position most times you are put on a list called an order of merit pool .
This pool is valid for 12 months and closed after the 12 months, leaving candidates completely frustrated and upset.
I also like to see more mobility within business lines and departments for staff.
Currently we have to register and put our names on a mobility register, hoping that another department will pick you up. All staff need to be rotated every two years to be more productive and to broaden their skills
