My complaint is with the Tax Office who used RP Data to decide how much land tax I had to pay. A real estate agent came to my house and inspected the house and gave a very comprehensive valuation. The Tax Officer rejected it because he "knew" how much the house was worth (without inspecting it). I had to get a second valuation - that real estate agent also came and inspected the house. His valuation was less than the first. I had to pay tax on the first valuation. Both agents made it clear that they could charge for the valuations. RP Data is not reliable.

I hand delivered the second valuation and the Tax Office refused to accept it. It had to posted in. If there is a problem of security, safe front offices need to be set up.

Centrelink: Centrelink do not answer their phone nor do they reply to letters. They send emails that I cannot open and there is no advice on how to open them.

There would be Human Services Department for APS. Why are they so inconspicuous and in effect inconsequential. Their role in supporting APS needs to be made public.
