My belief is that the APS needs to reduce the number of departments or alternatively have one department that only does the ICT for the APS.
Second to this would be that the APS be more work from home configured and if the network can not support this then the APS should install the equipment required to allow this to happen.
Any contractor that has a contract longer than 12 months should be moved to a permanent PS position immediately. If they are not wanting to be a permanent PS then they need to not work to the APS in any form for 4 months.
