It is sad to see how many positions in the APS are being changed from full time to contractor or even worse not being refilled when becoming vacant. We who remain are being asked to do more but when it comes to our new EBA we are told there is no money to be offered. The future of the APS is the young people and when they find out they can get a better package in the private sector they leave and take all their gained experience with them so we will not have the 30+ year people in the future to train the next generation.
