I would like to bring to your attention there exist many SES in the APS lack knowledge of technical
matters in the APS and resort to bullying practices to keep their subordinates silent, especially when
they confront critical reviews or assessment from their subordinates on their work.
There should be more stringent selection process to filter out incompetent SES for work areas
involving technical and professional expertise so that able public servants can be more gainfully
employed. Professional discrimination in the APS should be avoided at all cost to make working
conditions in the APS more satisfying for professionals and technical experts.
